NO PAIN!
I ran today without any pain! It was the first time since the Monsoon 10k (Toad Suck) that I ran and it actually felt good. I decided to go at it slow or at a minimal distance and finished about 1.3 miles in 10 min, not bad but not good ha. I hope to get back into shape fast enough to put up a PR at the Dino Dash in 2 weeks which currently is a 22:44 back in March. I would like to finish about 21:30 or better so we will just have to see what hard work and a great outlook will bring.
