Week End Review

This week was a busy one…. I ended up working some every day so maybe I can get out of the “broke” hole. I ran with the striders twice running 4 miles on Tuesday and 5 on Wednesday. It was a good training week in my opinion, I logged 12 miles in 3 days and had a good performance at Brickfest. 21:17 was my overall time for the 5k which is a new PR for me and this is awesome considering the heat (around 100). I look to move forward and get into the 20 min range this next race and ultimately take back over 2nd in the grand prix points race. I’m off to church now, I’ll try to post a picture of my sweet medal that I received for being the first loser. haha
