This just went through our town so Jared and myself went for a run. I ran 3 miles or 2.85 to be exact in 22:53 a good pace for an easy run. Jared was an over achiever and ran 4 miles. We are preparing for the Dam Night Run next Sat. at Degray Lake, should be the fastest 5k of the year for me hopefully if all goes as planned I can break the 19 min barrier down. More to come……
