Hope Watermelon Festival 5k
Yesterday’s race was a good one for the Saline County Striders as we took home numerous age group awards and people broke their PR’s, so all in all it was a good weekend. As for me…. not so much. I ran a 22:11ish and will take the next week off to recoup from a bum calf. I hope this is enough time because we have a 20k race in September that I really need to get training for.
