This is a picture of my new friend for 4 weeks. I went to the doc and he said it wasn’t as bad as first thought. There is a tendon that runs from your calf to a bone in your mid foot and whenever I pushed off the bag during the softball game, something had to give. In my case the tendon was stronger than the bone so the bone broke. He said it would heal pretty fast and I should be 100% in 4 or 5 weeks. Hopefully he will clear me to walk/jog because in 5 weeks there is a race in the Grand Prix series and I at least need some “show up” points so I don’t get to far behind.
